What is the Operations Notice (Aviso de Operación)?

The Operations Notice is the document that every corporation that will execute business in Panama should have. It is provided in 1 to 2 days and the cost will depend on the kind of business you will have. There are several areas that will require a previous approval in order to obtain an Operations Notice, which are regulated activities such as:
– Banks
– Tourism
– Forex
– Financial Corps.
– Insurance Companies
– Others

The Operations Notice has an annual fee according to your initial capital, usually US$10,000.00, which is the minimum, for an annual fee of US$100.00.

Offshore companies DO NOT require an Operations Notice.
